Delete your SSOK account

An account exists only if you signed in for SSOK Cloud. Items saved without signing in stay on your device and are erased by Settings → Delete all items or by uninstalling the app.

In the app

1. Open SSOK and go to Settings.
2. In the SSOK Cloud card, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and cloud data are deleted right away.

Without the app

Email j0ker0903@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "SSOK account deletion". We delete the account within 30 days and reply when done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (account ID, email)
• All synced items: text, links, images and groups in Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage
• Your subscription status stored on our server

What is kept

• Purchase records held by Google Play / App Store and RevenueCat, as required for billing and tax law. Cancel an active subscription in Google Play or App Store settings — deleting the account does not cancel it.
• Anonymous analytics and crash data (not linked to your account) are kept for up to 14 months, then removed automatically.

계정은 SSOK Cloud 를 위해 로그인한 경우에만 있습니다. 로그인 없이 저장한 조각은 기기에만 있고, 설정 → 모든 조각 지우기나 앱 삭제로 지워집니다.

앱에서

1. 쏙을 열고 설정으로 갑니다.
2. SSOK Cloud 카드에서 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
3. 확인하면 계정과 클라우드 데이터가 바로 삭제됩니다.

앱 없이

로그인한 이메일로 j0ker0903@gmail.com 에 제목 "SSOK 계정 삭제"로 보내 주세요. 30일 안에 삭제하고 완료되면 답장합니다.

삭제되는 것

• 로그인 계정(계정 ID, 이메일)
• 동기화된 모든 조각: Cloud Firestore·Cloud Storage 의 텍스트·링크·이미지·그룹
• 서버에 저장된 구독 상태

남는 것

• 결제·세법상 Google Play / App Store 와 RevenueCat 이 보관하는 구매 기록. 진행 중인 구독은 Google Play·App Store 설정에서 해지해 주세요 — 계정을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않습니다.
• 계정과 연결되지 않은 익명 이용 통계·오류 기록은 최대 14개월 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
